China opens a Chinese Center at the Public Administration Academy in Azerbaijan

On November 4th, 2012, the Beijing State Administration Academy opened a Chinese center hosted by the Public Administration Academy in Azerbaijan.

The opening was accompanied by the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation and Exchange of Experience between the two institutions.

Additionally, as part of the agreement, 6 Azerbaijani teachers from the academy conducted internships at various Chinese public government agencies. The Chinese center donated computers, projects, photocopiers and books in various languages to the institution. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
