Grant Description

On February 27, 2017, the Chinese Ambassador to the Philippines turned over 400 transistor radios to the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Secretary in a ceremony held in the New Executive Building in Malaca'an. The value of the donation is unknown. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.
