Grant Description

On June 13th, 2016, the Chinese Embassy hosted a send-off reception for the 12 members of the Samoa Youth Delegation.

However, according to remarks made by Ambassador Wang Xuefeng at Avele College a month later, the delegation consisted of 11 students. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
