Grant Description

On January 10, 2013, the Chinese Government signed an economic and technical cooperation agreement (ETCA) to provide aid to the PNG police force (#64516). Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
