Grant Description
In September 2013, construction on the China-Laos Joint Laboratory for the Development and Utilization of Renewable Energy (or 中国-老挝可再生能源开发与利用联合实验室) began. The project is an aid project of the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology.
The project was implemented jointly by China's Yunnan Normal University and the Institute of Renewable Energy and New Materials of the Ministry of Science and Technology of Laos Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
