Grant Description

On 5 January 2005, a Chinese government official signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) granting $4.5 million USD to Papua New Guinea for wheat cultivation, dry-rice, mushroom growing equipment, medical equipment, and anti-AIDS medicine (Record ID#40457).
