Grant Description

On July 12, 2005, Yunnan Provincial Government signed a memorandum with Phongsaly Provincial government that the Chinese side would donate 10 television sets to the province ("中国云南思茅县与老丰沙里省签署经贸合作协议和备忘录"). Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
