Grant Description

On April 23, 2015, Chinese and Micronesian government officials signed an exchange of letters confirming a grant worth 14.2 million RMB for phase 10 of technical cooperation for the Pohnpei pilot farm (or Pohnpei Demonstration Farm or 援密第十期佩州示范农场技术合作项目) in Micronesia.

The Micronesian legislature approved of this grant agreement on August 17, 2015. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
