Grant Description

In 2011, China hosted more than 40 Vanuatu Government Officials for a short-term human resources training course (or 援外人力资源开发合作项目).

The program was supported by the Vanuatu Civil Service Commission, the Vanuatu Foreign Affairs Bureau, and the Economic and Commercial Office of the Chinese Embassy. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
