Grant Description
On August 14, 2017, the Chinese Embassy funded 30 medical staff from Sierra Leone's Ministry of Health and Sanitation to receive training on malaria control in China, according to Awareness News.
The group included medical Doctors, nurses, and health care workers who will attended a training course at the Jiangsu Institute of Parasitic Diseases, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, China between August 16 and September 4, 2017. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.
Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
