Grant Description

On February 23, 2011, the Chinese Ambassador and Micronesian Secretary of Foreign Affairs signed an economic and technical cooperation agreement (ETCA) granting 10 million RMB to the Government of Micronesia for unspecified purposes. The Congress of Micronesia approved of this ETCA on 14 September 2011.

Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
