Grant Description

On May 19, 2011, the Chinese Ambassador to Sierra Leone, Kuang Weilin, signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement with the Sierra Leonean Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Joseph Bandabla Dauda.
