Grant Description

Chinese government provides RMB 200 million interest-free loan — via ETCA — for unspecified purposes On December 30th, 2014, the Chinese government provided a 200 million RMB interest-free loan through an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) to Cambodia for unspecified purposes. A 700 million RMB grant ETCA was also signed on the same day (see #62490).

Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
