Grant Description

From 2017 to 2018, China held training courses on bamboo planting and processing technology in Equatorial Guinea to help the development of the bamboo and rattan industries in the country. The classes are hosted by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce and undertaken by the Bamboo Center. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
