Grant Description

On January 11, 2018, Chinese Ambassador to South Sudan He Xiangdong and South Sudanese Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Deng Alor Kuol signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) on behalf of China and South Sudan. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
