Grant Description

On April 20, 2010, China signed letters of exchange to donate 1,082 cases of teaching materials to three primary schools in Republic of Congo.

The materials arrived in Pointe Noire in September 2011 and would be transferred to Brazzaville for the handover procedure with the Ministry of Education and Literacy. The value of the donation is unknown. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
