Grant Description

On June 5, 2014, the Chinese Embassy granted Malawi K20 million to construct the Dowa Youth Center and Teachers College in Malawi, according to the Chinese Embassy in Malawi. Construction began on June 5, 2014. The Embassy also equipped the youth center with computers, printers and internet routers.

Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
