Grant Description

On May 20, 2017, the Chinese Vice Minister of Commerce, Qian Keming, visited Brazzaville and signed five cooperation agreements with Republic of Congo, including a RMB100 million grant for unspecified purposes. The grant was signed through an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA). Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.
