Grant Description
In September 2017, China offered training to 7 technical experts from a hydropower company in Comoros.
The technicians were brought to China where 4 participated in workshops on equipment and technology while 3 worked on power grid construction. The workshops were organized by officials from China's Ministry of Commerce and lasted from September 8 to the 28th. There are not avialable details as to the cost of the project.
Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
