Grant Description

On June 13, 2015, Chinese Ambassador to Sudan Li Lianhe attended a ceremony celebrating the donation of teaching supplies to the Houxibanka (候希班卡) School in Shendi, Sudan (向候希班卡学校捐赠教学用品). Ambassador Li signed the handover certificate with the Sudan Sanad Foundation and the Houxibanka School.

A total of more than 200 people attended the ceremony, including the Secretary General of the Sultan Sanad Charitable Foundation, the Director of the Nile State Education Bureau, the Acting Mayor of Shandi, and the Director of the Education Bureau of Shandi. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
