Grant Description

On July 28, 2016, during the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation Beijing, China pledged to build a Big Data Center, as one of the ICT infrastructure engagement. The construction has not begun and no funding information is found. The project was agreed to under an ETCA (Record ID#66607). This project is also linked to Record ID#57301 which was agreed to under the same ETCA.

Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
