Grant Description

According to email correspondence between AidData’s Executive Director and the Director General of the Office of the Secretary of State for Planning and Regional Integration in Guinea-Bissau, the Chinese Government provided a grant worth $4,567,080 to the Government of Guinea-Bissau for the National School of Health Construction Project.

China’s Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) was the funding source. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
