Grant Description

On December 4, 2017 and February 6, 2018 the Chinese government and the president of the Rwanda Broadcasting Agency signed the contract for 万村通 project.

The China-funded project will provide 6,000 households in 300 villages with access to television, as part of the Satellite TV for 10,000 African Villages initiative, captured in Record ID#57618. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
