Grant Description

On May 29 and 30, 2017, Chinese and Cabo Verdean government officials signed an exchange of notes in which China committed to donating a batch of emergency food aid to Cabo Verde. According to Gabon Infos Plus, the 1,291 tons of rice was worth 142 million CVE. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
