Grant Description
On June 10, 2015, a team of 7 technicians from Shaanxi Huashan International Engineering Company arrived in Cabo Verde to start a two-year technical cooperation project for the National Stadium.
On June 17, 2015, Counselor Song Bo from the Chinese embassy in Praia met with the Director General of the National Stadium Administration and related technical personnel to introduce the work plan. The value of this project is unknown. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.
Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
