Grant Description

On December 22, 2006, China and the Central African Republic (CAR) signed a two-year agreement on China’s provision of interest-free loans and free assistance to the CAR as part of economic and technical cooperation agreement (ETCA). Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
