Grant Description

In November 2002, when Chinese Vice-Foreign Minister Jang Wenchang was visiting Ethiopia for the China-Africa Cooperation Forum, he announced that China was ready to donate 10 million RMB for manpower development in Ethiopia. The statuses of the donation and the project are uncertain. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.
