Grant Description

On November 26, 2003, the Chinese Government signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) providing $1.5 million USD in cash assistance to the Government of Seychelles. The check was officially handed over a month later on December 22, 2003. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
