Grant Description
On May 19, 2016, the Chinese Embassy in Grenada handed over a donation of medical equipment to the Ministry of Health in Grenada.
The donation included beds, surgical instruments, and accessories for the operating room, emergency room, and admission room.
At the ceremony, Chinese Ambassador to Granada Ou Boquian gave the equipment over to Grenadian Minister of Health Nicholas Steel and Grenadian Foreign Affairs Minister Clarice Modeste-Curwen. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.
Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
