Grant Description

In May 2016, Chinese government selected 20 Grenadians to receive the bilateral training in China in the seminar titled "Stadium Maintenance Technology." An orientation was held on May 18 at the Grenada national cricket stadium.

The orientation was attended by Chinese Ambassador to Grenada Ou Boquian, Grenadian Senior HR Management Officer Carina Aird, and other Grenadian government representatives. The participants will leave for Heifei, China on May 25 and return June 16, 2016. The Bilateral programs aim to build skill and job capacity.

Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
