Grant Description

In the first half of 2015, China sent Antigua & Barbuda an 8 member Ophthalmologist Medical Team to carry out a Cataract Surgery Clinic through an initiative called Bright Journey. The team will stay for one month carrying out surgical procedures at the Mount St. John's Medical Center and will donate all surgical equipment after completion.

Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
