Grant Description

In 2014, when Ashraf Ghani visited China, he signed an economic and technical cooperation agreement (ETCA) which stated that China will provide 2 billion Chinese RMB worth of grant assistance from 2014 to 2017. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
