China's Exim Bank loans $240 million USD to Uzbekhydroenergo for Hydropower Plant plant on Pskem River In November 2017, it was reported that China's Export-Import Bank pledged to loan $240 million to Uzbekhydroenergo for a hydropower plant on the Pskem River in the Bostanlyk district of the Tashkent region, Uzbekistan.

The plant will cost a total of $800 million USD, with remaining other funding coming from Uzbekistan. Loan details are unknown.
