Grant Description

On April 2nd, 2012, China and Bangladesh signed an Agreement on Economic and Technical Cooperation for 150 million RMB grant.

According to Xinhua, the funds will be used for economic and technical cooperations projects agreed upon by both China and Bangladesh.

According to the Economics Relations Division of Bangladesh Disbursement of Grants, none of the allocated funds have been distributed as of 2017. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
