Grant Description

In August 2016, the Chinese embassy in Maldives granted 8,100 USD (MVR 124,902) to a school run by the Maldives Autism Association.

The money will be used to fund therapy, make fee settlements for children who are unable to pay, and give teachers their salary. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
