Grant Description

Hunan Branch of China Eximbank pledges $67 million for Kattankudy Waste Water Disposal Project In a 2017 Performance Report by the Sri Lankan Department of External Resources, it was reported that the Hunan Branch of the Export-Import Bank of China will provide a US$67 million loan for the construction of Kattankudy Waste Water Disposal Project (determined to be also known as Kattankudy Division Sewerage Disposal Project), which will be implemented in 2018.

Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
