China trains 30-50 agricultural management officials for Afghanistan in 2016-2018

During Afghanistan Chief Executive Abdullah Abdullah's visit in China between May 15-18, 2016, China agrees to train 30-50 agricultural management professionals and technical personnel in Afghanistan in three years. This is a part of initiative that plan to deepen cooperation between China and Afghanistan in agricultural field.

It is unclear where the training will take place. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
