Grant Description

During Afghanistan Chief Executive Abdullah Abdullah's visit in China between May 15-18, 2016, China agrees to provide an additional 50 national scholarships to Afghanistan annually for 5-years. The scholarships are for Afghan students to study in China. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
