Grant Description

On February 22, 2016, the Chinese government donated teaching equipment to Kabul University.

Chinese Ambassador Yao Jing and Afghanistan Minister of High Education and President of Kabul University attended the ceremony.

Among the equipment were laptop and desktop computers, microscopes, UPS (uninterruptible power supply) machines, projectors, printers and stationery. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
