Grant Description

The Chinese Embassy to Tajikistan funded Danghara Women’s Sewing Training and Production Center, located in the hometown of President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon. The opening ceremony of center was held on January 11, 2017.

The center was intended to improve the well-being of the Tajik people and promote the women's employment, according to the embassy. The value of the donated sewing center is unknown.
