Grant Description

In October 2011, the Chinese government committed to donating $5 million USD in cash to the Government of Pakistan for flood relief following the Sindh floods between August and September 2011. The handover certificate was issued on November 28, 2011. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
