Grant Description

On October 21, 2015, Chinese Ambassador to South Sudan, Ma Qiang, signed an agreement with South Sudanese Foreign Minister Benjamin to grant humanitarian supplies such as food and medicine to South Sudan. The value and composition of this donation are unknown. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.
