Grant Description

On May 23, 2016, Chinese Ambassador to Rwanda, Pan Hejun, attended donation ceremony of teaching equipment to an all-female middle school in the northern province of Rwanda. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
