Grant Description

On August 26, 2016, Congo (Brazzaville), Ambassador Xia Huang held in the embassy a farewell reception to send off military cadets and students to study and train in China for the 2016-2017 academic year. The recipients include military cadets, students on scholarship from the Chinese government or the Confucius Institute.

Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
