Grant Description

On January 6, 2015, China launched the Anti-Ebola Training Program in Sierra Leone. Chinese Ambassador Zhao Yanbo, Ambassador of Sierra Leone attended the launching ceremony. Since the Ebola outbreak, China has provided all-round support. Up to the launch of this project, Chinese public health experts have trained more than 2,300 people in Sierra Leone.

Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
