Grant Description

On May 16th, 2015, a Chinese Culture room opened at the Lori Region’s Hovhannes Tumanyan Secondary School in the northern Armenian city of Stepanavan. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
