Grant Description

Chinese government signs 105 million RMB loan framework agreement In 2001, the Chinese government provided a low interest loan of Yuan 105 million for cross- bar exchanges and replacement and expansion projects, power tiller and power reaper projects and the procurement of rail lines projects. The framework agreement was signed on 6 February 2001.

Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
