Grant Description

On February 24, 2011, an agreement was signed in Kyiv, Ukraine stating that China Ministry of Science and Technology, Guangdong Provincial Government and the Ukraine are to build a welding institute for research and development, known as the "China - Ukraine Paton welding Institute" (Guangzhou, China).

Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
