Grant Description

Gao Hucheng, the international trade negotiator and deputy minister of the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, visited Macedonia and met with Macedonian Prime Minister Nikola Gruevsky, Deputy Prime Minister Vasco Naumovsky and Economic Minister Fatmir Behimi and signed an economic and technological cooperation agreement (ETCA) for China to provide free assistance to Macedonia.

Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
