Grant Description

On January 23, 2014, China’s ambassador to South Sudan Ma Qiang announced that China would send USD 3 million of humanitarian aid materials to South Sudan in 2014. The letters of exchange for this agreement were signed on August 15, 2014. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
